Alexandra is a consultant with an interaction & product design background specializing in the internet of things since 2006. She is the founder of the Good Night Lamp, a family of internet-connected lamps for your global friends and family which is made in the UK. 

Her clients include Proctor & Gamble, Intel, BBC R&D, Nokia Advanced Labs, British Gas, EDF R&D, EDF Energy, British Telecom, Nominet Innovation. 

Her work has been exhibited at the London Design Museum, Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria & Albert Museum and galleries around the world.

She was named 2nd in "Top 100 Internet of Things Thought Leaders" (Onalytica, 2014), included in the "Top 100 Influencial Tech Women on Twitter" (Business Insider, 2014), and included in the "Top 10 IOT Influencers you need to know about" (Dataconomy, 2015).

She has been running the London Internet of Things meetup since 2011, the world's second largest dedicated meetup that topic. She was CEO of TInker London the first distributor of the Arduino in the UK.
